Bhubaneswar:<\/strong> After four months,  Odisha\u2019s single-day COVID-19 tally today dropped below 1,000 as 987 cases were reported in last 24 hours. With this, the state\u2019s total caseload surged to 3,03,780.<\/p>\n

Of the total fresh cases detected from 29 districts, 572 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 415 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.<\/p>\n

Sundargarh <\/b>recorded highest 107 fresh cases followed by Khordha and Angul with 86 cases each.<\/p>\n

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 12,584 and recovered cases at 2,89,689.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
